Players attending Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation's Advanced Centres will receive enhanced training aimed at developing their skills in a safe, structured and fun environment. Players will follow the Brighton & Hove Albion FC academy training syllabus and sessions will be based around encouraging long-term development. Players will be monitored and assessed on a termly basis, with expert and detailed feedback provided by their coaches.
