Players attending Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation's Pathway Centres will receive advanced training aimed at developing their skills in a safe, structured and fun environment. Players will follow the Brighton & Hove Albion FC academy training syllabus and sessions will be based around encouraging long-term development.

Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation's Elite Squads provide players with expert coaching in small groups and as a team unit. Typically, Elite Squads sessions will see two coaches working with a small group of players and mirror sessions provided in a professional academy setting. Players will be helped to develop as a team and will also benefit from a substantial games programme.
