Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation's Elite Squads provide players with expert coaching in small groups and as a team unit. Typically, Elite Squads sessions will see two coaches working with a small group of players and mirror sessions provided in a professional academy setting. Players will be helped to develop as a team and will also benefit from a substantial games programme.
