These sessions are open to children of all abilities and backgrounds - come and make friends, get active, and learn new skills. Alongside football, Premier League Kicks gives young people the chance to take part in educational workshops, volunteering opportunities, and regular youth voice activities.

Players will be helped to develop as a team and will also benefit from a substantial games programme. Players should attend with suitable training wear (including appropriate footwear), warm/waterproof clothing, sun-cream and sunhat (depending on the weather), shin pads and plenty to drink (nothing fizzy).
