Players attending Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation's Pathway Centres will receive advanced training aimed at developing their skills in a safe, structured and fun environment. Players will follow the Brighton & Hove Albion FC academy training syllabus and sessions will be based around encouraging long-term development.

PLEASE NOTE: You must log your car reg details on the tablet located at reception, every time you use the facilities, to be exempt from parking charges. Players attending a Girl’s Pathway Centre should wear suitable training wear (including appropriate footwear), warm/waterproof clothing, sun-cream and sunhat (depending on the weather), shin pads and take plenty to drink (nothing fizzy).

Players will follow the Brighton & Hove Albion FC academy training syllabus and sessions will be based around encouraging long-term development. Players will be monitored and assessed on a termly basis, with expert and detailed feedback provided by their coaches.
